If you are a new customer you can cancel your entire order within Hours 24 hours. And Full refund will be initiated.
If You are an existing customer, If you are canceling any meal, the balance will be credited to your wallet, which You can use for your future order
Orders must be placed, cancelled, or modified by the cutoff time of 10.30 am for lunch and 5 pm for dinner.
Sangita’s Kitchen maintains the right to either cancel or alter the meals at any time. On the other hand, we will make every effort to keep you updated on the situation in advance.
Sangita’s Kitchen retains the authority to terminate the tiffin delivery service for any customer at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event that the product cannot be fulfilled for reasons that are beyond our control. If this is the case, we will let you know, and we will refund any payments that you have already made.
Meal subscription plans are only valid for use during the time period that they are purchased for. In the event that the user does not take advantage of the meals within the allotted time period, the meals will be forfeited. Consumed Meals will be charged with the actual value (MRP) of the product, and there will be a 15% processing fee applied to any refunds made to a bank account. This is applicable to each and every subscription that Sangita’s Kitchen provides under the category of Meal Plans.
